worth the price

A genuine Yixing Zisha pot demands much higher price. But this pot, genuine or not, is of high quality and works as good as a genuine one.

Great inexpensive pot for gongfu beginner

Very pleased with this tea pot, perfect for my solo gongfu sessions at 200ml (but also fine for 2 people).
Whether or not this is really Yixing clay at this price I don't know, but I'm happy enough with the results.
I've used this regularly for 2 months or so with several different tea varieties I like - puerh (raw and ripe) and oolongs. Compared to brewing in a glass pot my tea tastes smoother and less harsh.
The pour is decent, although should be used with a tea tray as some drips come down. Easy to rinse/clean and to discard used leaves.
Aesthetically it looks great on my tea tray. If you are interested in trying gongfu brewing you can't go wrong with this pot.

Well made clay teapot

Based on every article I could find on assessing clay teapots from China, this appears to be an authentic Yixing clay teapot. It is nicely made. When inspecting and seasoning the teapot, I checked for every sign of a low temperature fired and/or inferior teapot. This teapot exhibited none of those signs.

The seller did an excellent job packaging the teapot, and it came with an attractive silk / cloth cover that can be used for storage or transport.

Also: Super Qualität zu kleinem Preis.
