Jinjunmei is a type of black tea that originated from Tongmu village in Fujian Province, China. This tea is made using tea buds and leaves that grow at a high altitude, which give it a distinct smoky flavor and aroma. It has gained popularity in recent years due to its unique taste and health benefits.

 

Hot to brew ?

1.use 3g-5g tea leaves and pour hot water around 90℃/194℉ into the teapot or gaiwan .

2.Steep for one minute then can enjoy.  The tea can be steeped multiple times, and each subsequent steeping will produce a slightly different flavor profile.

 It is recommended to use glass cup or white porcelain gaiwan to brewing Jin Jun Mei ,you can not only enjoy the delicate and elegant fragrance of Jin Jun Mei tea when brewing, but alos enjoy the superior beauty of Jin Jun Mei bus tip stretching in the water.
