Chinese Jasmine silver needle tea
- This specific tea is made from Moonlight white tea from Yunnan province in China. Although it is technically a pu-erh tea, it is processed like white tea and tastes between white tea and oolong tea.
- The tea undergoes an eight-time scenting process with Jasmine, producing a pure and intense fragrance. When tasted, the tea is initially sweet, and then the taste of Jasmine fills the mouth. The flavor is natural and not overpowering, making for a comfortable drinking experience.

How to brew?
- To brew tea, you can begin by pouring hot water that's between 80β-85β/176β-185β into a glass cup. Then, add 3g-5g of tea leaves and wait a minute or two before enjoying your tea.
- Alternatively, you can opt to use a Gaiwan and pour hot water that's between 80β-85β/176β-185β onto 3g-5g of tea leaves. Let it sit for about 30 seconds before pouring it out, and then let it steep a bit longer for each round.
- If you prefer cold tea, you can put some ice in a cup and add 3g-5g of tea leaves to it. Allow it to melt into water, giving you a different taste and experience.

I drink white tea for bot the antioxidant effect and to help with stomach bugs. This tea is loose so you need a tea ball. The tea diffuses wonderfully and the tea has a mild taste similar to green tea. I love the favor of this tea and the positive effects it has on my health. This tea can be enjoyed anytime of the day but, I especially like it at lunch time!
